Which of your keys are already public?
Every signature an EVM key publishes reveals its public key. A Solana address is its public key from the start. Paste addresses to see which keys are public, where, since when, and what they still hold. Nothing to connect, nothing to sign.
Example: vitalik.eth, public since its first send on Oct 1, 2015. An address that has never signed has never revealed its key.
Signed is not stolen
No one is known to be able to recover a private key from a public key today. The concern is that elliptic curve signatures may weaken sooner than expected, through quantum computing or faster mathematics. The ladder measures exactly that. If it happens, how long a key has been public and how much it still holds is what matters.
Nothing here is urgent
Keeping funds in addresses that have never signed is a sensible habit, not an emergency. Rushed migrations lose more money than they protect, so take moves slowly, test with small amounts, and check every destination twice.
